PRINCIPAL- CHRISTIAN BROTHERS ACADEMY - ALBANY, NY
Christian Brothers Academy of Albany, New York is seeking an enthusiastic, exceptional High School Principal with a demonstrated record of success for July 1, 2008.
Christian Brothers Academy is a thriving all male school in the Catholic Lasallian Tradition (Grade 6 through 12) with an enrollment of 455 students. The school also has Senior High School JROTC Program, which is ranked with an Honor Unit with Distinction. The Principal will report to the Board of Trustees. Administrative Staff includes: as Assistant Principal of Academics, an Assistant Principal for Student Life, and Assistant Principal for the Junior High School, Director of Operations and Development, Military Department, a Business Manger, and a Campus Minister. The school has approximately 66 faculty and administrative staff. The school is accredited by the New York Board of Regents and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
The successful candidate must be a Roman Catholic in good standing, with academic qualities in administration. The candidate must be certified or be able to be certified by the State of New York as a Principal. Christian Brothers Academy seeks a Principal with a vision of education for the twenty-first century, particularly with attention to spirituality, academics, and technology.
